What you get
Levels
Clear coat is finite - the right level removes the damage while keeping plenty in reserve. We read your paint under the lights and recommend honestly. Quoted to your car's condition.

The correction
1
Swirl-finder lights and a paint depth gauge, panel by panel. We agree the level - and what's not fixable - before quoting.
2
Wash, clay, and iron removal. Polishing over bonded grit just grinds it back into the paint.
3
Compound to cut the defects, polish to refine the gloss. Edges taped, trim masked, depth re-checked as we go.
4
Fresh clear coat is bare - we seal it, then you inspect every panel with us under the same lights we corrected by.
The details
Correction is the most dramatic thing we do to a car - and the easiest to prove.

“The hood on my black GT350 looked gray from swirls. It's a mirror now - and they showed me the depth readings before touching it.”
Questions
The ones we remove are gone forever - they were carved into the clear coat and we leveled it. New swirls come from washing habits, which is why you leave with a wash guide, and why most clients seal corrected paint under a ceramic coating so it stays this way.
No - and we'll tell you which ones before we start. If a fingernail catches in the scratch, it's usually through the clear coat and needs touch-up or paint, not polishing. Everything shallower than that, we can genuinely remove.
Done our way, yes. Clear coat is measured in microns and correction removes only a few of them - that's why we gauge every panel first and re-check as we work. The unsafe version is the guy with a rotary and no gauge.
Fillers hide swirls until the third wash, then they're back - that's the trick behind most "$99 polish" specials. We don't use them, full stop. It costs more to actually remove defects, and it's the only version worth paying for.
