Will the smell actually leave?
If we can remove the source, yes - that's most food, pet, and mildew odors. Smoke that's soaked into a headliner is the stubborn one; it gets extraction plus ozone, and occasionally a second pass. We'll tell you the honest odds when we see the car, not after.
Can you get the sand out?
The San Diego question. Yes - sand migrates under the carpet padding and into seat tracks, so it takes compressed air, dry brushing, and repeated vacuum passes in a specific order. It's exactly why the dry stage happens before anything gets wet.
How long will my car be there?
A Refresh runs 2-3 hours. Deep Interiors take most of a day. Full Resets sometimes stay overnight - carpets have to dry completely, because a damp pad is how the smell you paid to remove comes back.
Are the products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Steam is just hot water, and every product is matched to the material it's cleaning and wiped or extracted back out - nothing harsh left behind on the surfaces your family touches.
